We cannot wait to welcome you into our Eagle family! 

Byron Area Schools is proud to offer a NEW Developmental Kindergarten (DK) Program this school year! This Program is aimed to instruct Young-5 students, with birthdays June 1 through Dec. 1.

Our NEW DK Program is a full school day, much like our Kindergarten Program, with before & after-school childcare and bussing options. It provides a structured day of learning with high expectations, but also offers a slower pace for our youngest learners to have more time to develop their readiness for the social, emotional, and academic demands of kindergarten (and beyond). Generally, the end of the year expectations for DK are the end of the first semester expectations for Kindergarten.
